Membership

Over the past two years Sapsda has evaluated the role that it plays in the Pump Industry in South Africa and one of the points that kept coming up is “How can everyone involved in the Pump Industry be able to join Sapsda to ensure the continuous growth in the industry?”

Manufacturing Member

A member of the Association who is fully and actively engaged in the manufacture, fabrication and/or assembly of pumps.

Second Member

A member of another Association within SEIFSA, and who pays their membership subscription plus per capita levy to that Association.

Associate Member

A member of the Association who is not fully and actively engaged in the manufacture, fabrication and/or assembly of pumps, but who activity in the Industry forms a significant part of such activity, in the opinion of the Executive Committee, which will include, inter alia, Principal Importers of pumps, Suppliers of associated pumping equipment such as mechanical seals, motors, etc.

Affiliate member

A member of the Association who is not fully and actively engaged in the Industry, but who is engaged in activities having a bearing on the Industry, and who has a vested interest in the Industry, which will include, inter alia, key OEM’s, Consultants/Specifiers, Refurbishers/Distributors, End Users and other Associations.

Individual Member

A member that is involved in the Pump Industry either as an advisor, consultant, educator or designer.
